Interactive Strength Inc. (TRNR) Announces Settlement With Sportstech Brands and Full Loan Repayment

Interactive Strength Inc. (TRNR) announced on March 4, 2026, that Sportstech Brands had fully repaid its outstanding loan obligations and resolved related legal proceedings. The settlement included a $6.4 million payment to TRNR, covering the $5.0 million loan principal, interest, and expenses. Separately, on February 18, 2026, TRNR entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Ergatta, a connected fitness company, for a potential enterprise value of up to $19.5 million, contingent on earn-out targets. The base transaction value is $8.8 million, comprising cash, debt, and equity. Ergatta is projected to generate over $10 million in revenue in 2026, with a substantial portion from subscriptions and a roughly 30% EBITDA margin.
