Consumers who paid more than the advertised price at Dollar General stores between October 10, 2016, and November 19, 2025, are eligible to file a claim. The deadline to file a claim or return it is April 13, 2026. Eligible consumers can receive a cash payment of $10 or the amount of the overcharge (whichever is higher), up to a maximum of two claims per household. Alternatively, class members can receive a $3 discount on a $10+ purchase at Dollar General stores on June 1-2, 2026, without proof of overcharge.
