The deadline to file a claim is July 6, 2026, and claims can be submitted online or by mail. The final approval hearing for the settlement is scheduled for September 10, 2026. If the value of approved claims exceeds available funds, payments will be proportionally reduced; any remaining funds will be donated to Equal Justice Works.
