Boerse Stuttgart Group's tokenized securities settlement platform Seturion has partnered with Societe Generale, its crypto subsidiary SG-Forge, and online broker flatexDEGIRO to create a pan-European blockchain securities settlement system. Societe Generale will issue tokenized structured securities like turbo warrants on Seturion, while SG-Forge will handle transactions using stablecoins EURCV and USDCV. FlatexDEGIRO will connect its 3.5 million retail customers across 16 countries to the platform. The initiative aims to replace fragmented national settlement systems with a unified infrastructure, supported by pending BaFin regulatory approval. The platform is already operational at BX Digital and will expand to include Nasdaq's European venues.
