New lawsuit filed as more customers come forward about Mobile roofing and window companies

More customers are filing lawsuits against Mobile roofing and window companies after paying for services they never received.

Summary

Following a FOX10 News investigation into questionable business practices, multiple families have come forward alleging that All Weather Roofing and Construction LLC and Window Depot USA of Mobile Incorporated took thousands of dollars but delivered nothing. One victim, Gina Hall, asked, "Where's our money?" while another, Eric Nelson, noted that the $7,600 loss could have been used for necessary home repairs. According to the Better Business Bureau, both companies are owned by Ward Fendley, who was unable to be reached by the reporter. Chad Hanson, who paid four monthly installments for a roof that never arrived, provided text messages showing the company had tentatively scheduled his work for May 28 but failed to respond to follow-up inquiries. Additionally, a new lawsuit has been filed against Window Depot USA in Mobile County, alleging that a plaintiff paid a $9,547 down payment and a $334 credit card fee for 19 double-paned windows that never arrived. The company repeatedly cited manufacturing delays. As of now, no criminal charges have been filed, and the Alabama Attorney General's Office has not confirmed whether it is investigating the matter. Victims are advised to contact Mobile Police if they are experiencing similar issues.
