QL Resources discontinued a Singapore lawsuit after settling with the plaintiffs.

Summary

QL Resources Berhad announced that a material litigation case in Singapore involving several subsidiaries and related parties has been discontinued following the completion of a settlement agreement. The plaintiffs in the case, known as Suit 982, filed a Notice of Discontinuance on May 28, 2026, which was accepted by the Registry of the High Court of the Republic of Singapore. The suit involved PT Pipit Mutiara Indah, Chia Seong Fatt, and QL Mutiara (S) Pte Ltd as plaintiffs, while PT Pipit Citra Perkasa (PCP), Juliet Kristianto Liu, and Kristianto Kandi Saputro were named as defendants.
