After a week-long dispute over alleged unauthorized changes to the LLP records for the Godrej Air project in Gurugram, Orris Infrastructure’s managing director Amit Gupta was arrested by Vikhroli police on August 17 and produced in Mumbai. The Bombay High Court, hearing Orris’s petition to quash the FIR, ordered his immediate release after the parties settled the matter on Tuesday.
