Pharmacies in the United States and its territories that paid for these services during that period may be eligible to claim a portion of the settlement. Payments will be distributed pro rata based on the volume of e-prescriptions each pharmacy routed through the Surescripts network, with a minimum payout of $10. The claim deadline is November 28, 2025, and pharmacies can file online or by mail, submitting documentation such as receipts and invoices to verify their claims. The settlement fund will cover administration costs, attorney’s fees and expenses, service awards, and ultimately, payments to eligible class members.
