The funds will be distributed to hospitals and clinics ($1.78 billion) and physicians and medical staff ($152 million), with the remaining amount allocated for administrative costs. Eligible claimants must have provided healthcare services to BCBS-insured patients during the specified period and submitted claims by July 29, 2025. Payment methods include ACH transfer, PayPal, and checks.

Payments are anticipated to begin between December 2025 and early 2026, with JND Legal Administration overseeing the verification and distribution process.
