Class members have two payment options: reimbursement for documented losses (up to $500 for ordinary losses and $2,500 for extraordinary losses like identity theft) or a flat $50 cash payment. All class members are also eligible for two years of three-bureau credit monitoring with $1 million in identity theft protection.
