CytoDyn Inc. announced it has reached an agreement in principle to resolve a securities class action lawsuit initially filed in March 2021. The case, "Courter et al. v. CytoDyn Inc. et al.", is pending in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington and the agreement was reached on November 23, 2025, subject to final court approval.
