Similar distributions occurred in Darrang, where 981 forms were distributed across six tea gardens, and Morigaon, with forms distributed at the Gopal Krishna Tea Estate. The initiative was launched by Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, and various local dignitaries attended events in each district. District commissioners urged beneficiaries to complete the forms carefully and avoid any potential exploitation by intermediaries.
